6. Complaints, Breakage, and Losses

Definitions:
Exclusive Agencies refer to wineries that NECTAR ARTISAN PTE. LTD. is contracted to represent exclusively in Singapore.
Open Market Wines refer to wines sourced from suppliers not under exclusive representation agreements with NECTAR ARTISAN PTE. LTD.

6.1 Inspection: The Customer is advised to examine all goods purchased upon self-collection or delivery. Any shortage or breakage must be brought to the attention of the duty staff (for self-collection) or delivery personnel immediately. Complaints will not be entertained unless this condition is observed.

6.2 Corked Wines:
(1) For exclusive agencies, corked wines must be reported within 48 hours of self-collection or delivery and returned within 72 hours for inspection and replacement. An exclusive agency refers to a winery that Nectar Artisan Pte. Ltd. is contracted to represent exclusively in Singapore.

(2) For open market wines, once your order is confirmed, you may request pictures of the bottles you are purchasing. However, Nectar Artisan Pte. Ltd. will not replace or reimburse corked wines.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for valid reasons, such as corked wine, (in case it is an exclusive agencies) following inspection. Replacement, credit notes, or refunds via cheque may be provided.

7.2 Cancellation Policy:
Pre-arrival orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Cancellation of orders for regular sales must be made at least 14 days before self-collection or delivery and must include a valid reason.

8. Registration

8.1 Data Use: By registering, clients grant Nectar Artisan access to their personal data for order processing and account management. Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

8.2 Subscription Resignation: Customers may revoke their consent by canceling their accounts, ceasing deliveries and subscriptions.

9. Contract Conclusion

9.1 Agreement: The purchase contract is concluded upon final confirmation of the order. By proceeding, customers accept these Terms and cancellation rights.

9.2 Subscription Charges: Subscription charges recur monthly unless canceled or expired in the case of gift subscriptions.

10. Terms of Payment and GST

10.1 Pricing: Prices are displayed on product pages, in the cart, and on the order form.

10.2 Third-Party Payment Providers: Payments are processed by authorised third-party providers, which operate under their own terms and conditions.

11. Terms of Delivery

11.1 Delivery Timelines: Products are delivered within 72 hours of order receipt unless it is a pre-arrival, subject to the following conditions:
Free delivery for orders above S$500 (S$500 for outlying areas).
S$30 delivery fee + GST for orders below S$500 (S$30 for outlying areas).
Urgent deliveries within 24 hours incur a S$50 fee.

11.2 Delivery Restrictions: Deliveries are made to the address registered on the account. Alternative addresses are not accepted.

12. Copyright

12.1 Ownership: All copyrights and intellectual property related to our products and services are owned by Nectar Artisan Pte. Ltd.

12.2 Prohibition: Redistribution or resale of purchased items is strictly prohibited.

13. Liability

13.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of products for their intended use.

13.2 Third-Party Offerings: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party content or services linked to our website.

14. Privacy Policy

14.1 Data Collection: Personal data is collected for account registration, order processing, and service provision.

14.2 Data Usage: Personal data is used for processing orders and improving our services. Newsletter subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

15. Governing Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
