NECTAR ARTISAN PTE. LTD. aims to deliver orders within 72 hours of order confirmation, subject to the following conditions:
Free delivery is available for:
General orders exceeding S$500.00.
Outskirts orders exceeding S$500.00.
A delivery fee of S$30.00 + GST applies to general orders below S$500.00, and S$30.00 + GST for outskirts orders below S$500.00.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday to Friday will be processed promptly.

Urgent Deliveries: Deliveries requiring a 24-hour turnaround will incur an additional fee of S$50.00.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Shortages or breakages must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel or staff. Complaints made after delivery may not be entertained.
