Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds: Refunds are available under specific conditions, such as for corked wines from exclusive agencies:
Inspection: The Customer is advised to examine all goods purchased upon self-collection or delivery. Any shortage or breakage must be brought to the attention of the duty staff (for self-collection) or delivery personnel immediately. Complaints will not be entertained unless this condition is observed.
Corked Wines:
*Definitions*:
Exclusive Agencies refer to wineries that NECTAR ARTISAN PTE. LTD. is contracted to represent exclusively in Singapore.
Open Market Wines refer to wines sourced from suppliers not under exclusive representation agreements with NECTAR ARTISAN PTE. LTD.
For exclusive agencies, corked wines must be reported within 48 hours of self-collection or delivery and returned within 72 hours for inspection and replacement. An exclusive agency refers to a winery that Nectar Artisan Pte. Ltd. is contracted to represent exclusively in Singapore.
For open market wines, once your order is confirmed, you may request pictures of the bottles you are purchasing. However, Nectar Artisan Pte. Ltd. will not replace or reimburse corked wines.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued for valid reasons, such as corked wine, (in case it is an exclusive agencies) following inspection. Replacement, credit notes, or refunds via cheque may be provided.
Cancellation Policy:
Pre-arrival orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Cancellation of orders for regular sales must be made at least 14 days before self-collection or delivery and must include a valid reason.
